At By Maysa we do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
Made to Order & Made-to-Order
All our products are made to order after you place your order. This means each item is unique and made especially for you. After you place your order, you will receive an email with the expected delivery time for your specific products.
Dispatch
Jewelry: Orders will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
Other products: These will be shipped after you receive an email that your order is ready for shipment.
Shipping method
We ship all our packages via PostNL.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can track your package.
Postage costs
These are clearly displayed during the ordering process and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

We hope you're happy with your order. Still not satisfied? Returns are possible under the following conditions:
Return period
Within 14 days of receiving your order.
Register return
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@bymaysa.com for return instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns without prior contact.
Return shipping costs
Return costs are for the customer.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return shipment, you will receive your purchase amount back within 14 days.
Condition of the product
Returns must be returned in the original packaging and in unworn/undamaged condition.
Hygiene products
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Payment method
During checkout, you can choose your preferred payment method. You'll automatically receive a receipt tailored to your chosen method.
