General Terms and Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements from By Maysa. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Payment
- The customer can choose from different payment methods during the checkout process
- Payment receipts are provided on the payment page
- The customer must make full payment before the order is shipped.
4. Shipping
At By Maysa, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All our products are made to order after you place your order. This means each item is unique and made especially for you.
Delivery times:
- Items in stock: Will be shipped within 2 business days
- Jewelry: Orders will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment.
- Other products: These will be shipped after you receive an email that your order is ready for shipment
After your order you will receive an email with the expected delivery time for your specific products.
Shipping details:
- Shipping method: We ship all our packages via PostNL
- Track & Trace: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.
- Shipping costs: These are clearly displayed during the ordering process and are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
5. Returns
Return Policy:
- Return Period: Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt.
- Returns procedure: The customer must contact By Maysa at info@bymaysa.com within 48 hours of deciding to return for return instructions.
- Product Condition: The package must be returned in its original packaging and unworn/undamaged condition.
Costs and reimbursement:
- Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund: After receiving and processing the return, the customer will receive a refund within 14 days equal to the value of the returned item.
Please note: Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Complaints and defects
If a product is found to be defective, the customer must report this as soon as possible, but within 48 hours of receipt, by email to info@bymaysa.com . By Maysa will assess the complaint and, if justified, provide an appropriate solution.
7. Warranty
By Maysa offers a warranty on jewelry in accordance with legal requirements. This warranty is void if damage is caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
8. Liability
By Maysa is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products. Our liability is always limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Applicable law and disputes
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
10. Changes to the general terms and conditions
By Maysa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website in a timely manner.
